Event Styling + DIY Decor Coordination
The Botanical Box will take all those gorgeous items you DIY'ed and all those decorations you've purchased on your own and we will style them for you on your big day.
Day of Event Coordination
The Botanical Box is proud to now have an in-house, day of event coordinator. We will be there for you on the day of your event, to manage all your vendors, make sure things run smoothly and attend to every styling detail. We are proud to have worked with clients of varying budgets, from $500 to $15,000. No matter the size of your budget, our goal is to help you create the event of your dreams.
Custom Floral Events:
Because of increased demand, for the 2018 Season we will require the following minimums for all custom floral event packages.
- Weddings: $1,500/min.*
- Other Events (birthday parties, wedding/baby showers, etc.): $500/min.
Included in all of our Custom Floral Event Packages are:
- 45 minute in-person or Skype/Face-time consultation.
- Detailed written proposal including inspiration images for all designs, flower lists, per item pricing and extensive notes.
- Unlimited Communication between booking and event day.
- 30 minute review call or meeting, 2 months prior to your event.
- 1 hour final review + styling meeting, 3 -4 weeks prior to your event. This meeting will include a styling (that you will be able to take home) of one of your floral designs (i.e. bouquet, centerpiece, hairpiece, etc.)
"Botanical Boxed" Wedding Packages:
* If your budget is less than our $1,500/min for weddings but you are still interested in working with us, we are thrilled to create a beautiful look for your exciting day with our "Botanical "Boxed" package. You will still get our signature look, but the final design details, including flower choices, will be left up to us. You just tell us the colors and style you seek, answer a few basic questions for us, and we will create a beautiful cohesive look for all your pieces.
Pricing for this package is as follows:
- Bridal Bouquet: Small, $150/ Medium, $175/ Large, $200
- Bridesmaids Bouquet: Small, $50/ Medium, $65
- Boutonnieres: $15
- Corsages: $25
- Flower Girl Basket or Crown: $25
- Floral Centerpiece/Arrangement (in clear glass cylinder vase): Small, $65/ Medium, $90
Included in the "Botanical Boxed" Wedding Package:
- 20 minute initial phone call.
- Basic written proposal including 1-3 inspiration images for overall design look/feel, and per item pricing.
- Unlimited E-mail communication between booking and event day.
- 30 minute review phone call 3-4 weeks prior to event.
Please note that this package DOES NOT include the following:
- Delivery/Set-up. The "Botanical Boxed" Package is to be picked up from our studio at a specified time on the morning of your event or arrangements for delivery (including additional fees) must be made with The Botanical Box.
- In-Person Consultations and/or Floral Stylings
Floral Design Payment Schedule: The Botanical Box requires 30% down to book your event. Your second, 30% payment is due 60 days prior to your event. The final 40% payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event.
Rentals Payment Schedule: The Botanical Box requires 50% down to reserve your items. Your final, 50% payment is due 2 weeks prior to your event.
- Styling & Hourly Fee: $125/hour (includes 2 stylists), two hour minimum. Additional persons needed for styling or hourly work will be charged at $50/hour.
- Travel Fees: The Botanical Box will travel 60 miles from our Whitehouse Station studio and within NJ at no additional charge. However, some out of state travel expenses (such as tolls) will be added for events outside of NJ and all events over 60 miles will be charged a travel fee of $1 per mile above 60 miles. For travel outside of the NJ, NY, PA tri-state area, additional fees are applicable, such as round trip airfare or mileage/tolls, hotel stay up to 3 nights pending complexity, and car rentals. If travel arrangements are needed, they will be made by The Botanical Box, but with prior discussion with and consent of costs by client. Client will be billed directly for these additional expenses.
- Floral Delivery/Set-up Fee: The Botanical Box charges a 5% Delivery/Set up fee, minimum $25.
- Wedding/Event Location Drop Off Fee: The Botanical Box will deliver to two locations at no additional charge during the day of your event. Should you need to add an additional drop off location above two, The Botanical Box will charge a $25/per location drop off fee.
- Rental Delivery & Pick-up Fees: Delivery charges start at a $50 minimum and are based on distance, size of your rental order, and any special requests you may have. Your Delivery Fee will be quoted with your proposal. Depending on your order and vehicle of transport, we will consider pick-ups and drop-offs from our in-home studio in Whitehouse Station, NJ. The minimum pick-up/coordination fee is $25 and will be quoted with your proposal.
- Cleaning Fees: The Botanical Box charges a 10% maintenance/cleaning fee for all table-top, food service rental items. All items should be returned unwashed, but rinsed and free of any food particles. All chalkboard or write-on mirrors should be wiped clean before returning.
Sales Tax: The Botanical Box will collect 6.875% NJ tax on all orders.
